Two Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an additional layer of security to your account. When logging in to Matchlight, users who have opted in to Two Factor Authentication will need to provide a two factor token. This additional step ensures that another person who has discovered your password will not be able to log in to your account.
Account Owners can reset the Two Factor Authentication for any of their users.
If you are the only user on an account and need to reset your Two Factor Authentication, Terbium Labs will need to confirm your identity using the telephone number entered at sign up.
An account Owner enables 2FA on the Account Settings page. Once the Owner enables 2FA, Matchlight sends an email to all users on the account. The next time any user logs into Matchlight they will need to set up Two Factor Authentication.
