Introduction to Documents

 

Documents are plain text records that contain confidential information related to an organization. These Documents may include emails, contracts, intellectual property, and other sensitive text related to your organization. 

When Fingerprinting your Documents, Matchlight accounts for changes in punctuation, white space, and other formatting. Accounting for these variables enables Matchlight to detect your data online, even if it has been altered from its original form.
